At salt&pepper, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
